Ashford Park is a small complex with both townhouse and ranch units. The buildings
are set up to create several small courtyards, several of which are very nicely
landscaped. The units do not have basements, but several of the buildings have
basements with common storage and separate lockups. There are a few common
laundry rooms in the complex, too. The complex sits in the middle of a woodsy area,
and most units have either a deck or patio that offers a view of the woods and
stonewalls. The townhouses have a kitchen in front by the entrance (with a small
eat-in area), living room with sliders in back, and two bedrooms and a bath on the
second floor. Some units have been renovated and updated. A good buy for the
money, and a nice,quiet place to live within an easy commute to campus.
