Forest Edge is located up on a hill just outside of the Stafford Springs downtown
and, indeed, on the edge of a forest. The units are all townhouses, most with very
nice decks. Some have finished basements with walkout sliders, others have that
space taken up with a basement garage, and a few have no basement. The units
are generally bright and spacious, with skylights, an open floor plan, a long "L"
shaped kitchen hooking around a half bath, and a second floor laundry. The
windows are placed in interesting arrangements and contribute to the brightness of
the condos. The grounds are well-kept, if not spectacular, and the whole complex
