Rock Ridge is very convenient to campus, located just off of Route 195. The
complex is surrounded by woods which offers some nice hiking, although the
surrounding area is in the midst of development. The complex is older, and is a little
shabby around the edges in places, but also sports some very well-kept gardens
and a nice playground area, as well as a recently upgraded pool. The units are all
townhouses with fairly open floor plans. The kitchen-dining-living space is open from
front to back, and there is one step down to the slightly sunken living room. Sliders
open to spacious decks, many of which back up to woods or a grassy field. Most of
the units have a finished area in the basement and full walkout sliders to the
